I've been a fan of Mike Roe and all his musical endeavors for 30 years, but it wasn't until I heard an acoustic solo set in '99 at The Trinity House in Livonia, MI, that I "got" the music. The sincerity came through in a way I hadn't heard before, and I've been regularly listening every since. Not only does the music speak to my soul, it's a great soundtrack to poop to.
